  • A semicircle of radius 1 is drawn.

  • A semicircle whose diameter lies along the radius of the first semicircle is removed.

  • A semicircle whose diameter lies along the radius of the second semicircle is replaced

  • A semicircle whose diameter lies along the radius of the third semicircle is removed

and so on.
